MyFamily Hospice LLC offers hospice services in Fort Bend and Houston, Texas, formed on May 10, 2017, to deliver the right hospice care to individuals and families who need one.
MyFamily Hospice LLC was awarded full accreditation on Sept 26, 2019, by the Community Health Accreditation Partner “CHAP” and the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services “CMS” for full hospice participation in the Medicare Program.
Our criteria for admission include patients with a terminal diagnosis with a life expectancy of 6 months or less. Our services are the byproduct of our extensive experience, in-depth knowledge, and passion for providing quality patient care.
We strive to deliver top-notch care services possible with the help of our dedicated and compassionate hospice professionals. We endeavor to address the physical, psychological, spiritual, and social needs of patients and their families, carrying these services with compassion, dignity, and support.
